If you’re passionate about helping others and looking for a rewarding career, we want to hear from you!
Why Work at JARAH Physiotherapy?
At JARAH Physiotherapy, we offer more than just standard physiotherapy. Here’s what makes working with us truly special:
- Make a Real Impact: You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with clients in their own homes, where you can provide tailored, meaningful care that makes a real difference. Seeing your clients regain their mobility, independence, and confidence is incredibly rewarding.
- Every Day is Different: Each day offers a fresh experience as you work in different environments and with a wide range of clients (NDIS/HCP/EPC/DVA/Rehab/General Public). No two days are ever the same, and the variety ensures you stay engaged and passionate about what you do.
- Personal Connections: By working closely with clients in their homes, you’ll form personal, long-lasting relationships. The gratitude and trust our clients place in us is something truly special.
- Flexibility & Autonomy: Enjoy flexibility in this role and the ability to design personalised treatment plans that suit your clients’ needs and their environments. It’s a fantastic balance of independence and support from our close-knit team.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a physiotherapist who is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. While our main focus is home-based Community Physiotherapy (NDIS/Home Care Packages), we are also excited to welcome new team members who bring their own areas of interest (e.g. musculoskeletal, pediatric, sports physio, etc.).
This is a chance for you to grow your own area of expertise within the business and help shape the future of JARAH Physiotherapy.
Contribute to Our Growth: Our clients are mostly based in the Redlands. We are expanding our client base in other areas, such as Brisbane, North Brisbane and Ipswich, and we want you to help us build our presence in these regions.
Bring Your Niche: Whether you’re interested in musculoskeletal care, pediatric physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, or any other specialty, we encourage you to bring your expertise to the table. We’re open to how your skills can diversify and enhance our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services tailored to each client’s individual needs.
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans that improve mobility, function, and overall well-being.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- Support the expansion of our business in all areas.
- Help us grow and innovate within your area of interest or specialisation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A degree in Physiotherapy and FULL AHPRA registration.
- A passion for helping people and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to drive and travel to client homes across Brisbane and surrounding areas.
- Previous physiotherapy experience is preferred, especially in home-based settings. However, New Grads are encouraged to apply.
- A current Australian driver’s license, professional insurance, and police check are required.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: $40-$60 per hour, with potential for Full-Time employment as the business grows.
- CPD Support: A yearly CPD allowance of $1200 (pro-rata) and ongoing in-house training to enhance your skills.
- Tools for Success: Company iPad, phone, and reimbursement for toll expenses.
- Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedules, allowing a good work-life balance.
- Established client base: We provide a steady stream of work for our team (which is still growing), thanks to the diverse range of clients we serve. So, you can focus on doing what you do best: helping people recover and thrive.
